Ralph Waldo Emerson
I serve as a Guide, Mentor and Advocate for individuals who are looking for support in the challenging moments of their lives. Growth moments are hard to navigate, but they are also deeply transformative.
By combining my traditional and non-traditional education, along with my own profound life experiences, I am able to connect with clients in unique ways. With humor and raw honesty, I help people create new narratives and new ways of experiencing these powerful times.
Through candid conversation, radical honesty, and proven Tools, you will re-imagine your life and re-wire your brain. The work you do will allow you to experience a life with joy, ease, and success.
"Who do I want to be a day, a week, a month, and five years from now?" The answer to that question will become your North Star. You will begin to train your heart, mind and soul to view your experience in a totally different way.
The Transformation begins now...
My first 40 years were spent being uptight, neurotic, and worried…about everything. I wanted to make sure nothing bad ever happened. But then, a few months after I turned 40, a gut wrenchingly hard thing happened...and then a couple more.
Turns out, I couldn’t stop any of it.
At some point, I realized I had a decision to make. I had to ask myself if I was ready to do the hard and beautiful work that we are each called to do. And so I changed...pretty much everything. And that has made all the difference.
In addition to the work I do as a Guide and Mentor, I am a also a Writer and an Inspirational speaker. The book “Second Half - Surviving Loss and Finding Magic in the Missing” is about the sudden death of my husband, a NFL Super Bowl Champion, and my journey back to joy.
I currently host the "Mom’s Don’t Have Time to Grieve" Podcast which explores the beautiful and hard ways we walk through Grief. I also co-host “SexTox” an award winning podcast about sex and relationships. And I am the co-creator of "KeepON", an inspiring and humorous podcast that explores how our greatest obstacles turn out to be our greatest gifts.
